why isnt the emoji menu working

your jquery.js is messed up, there's some gibberish in there.

try replacing the contents with this: https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.5.1.min.js

what the fuck, how did you know that? how did you know that jquery was full of junk?
i was wondering why i couldnt rate threads. despite this fix to the ratings. the smily menu is still broken ((((((.
